After breakfast at the lodge, you will meet and greet with Tanz-Africa Adventures guide. You will have a short safari briefing session, then with picnic lunch drive Lake Manyara National Park.

In this 1 day tour we’ll take you to the lush and spectacularly picturesque Lake Manyara National Park. Is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas. A small park at the base of the Rift Valley escarpment consisting of a massive but shallow soda lake at the foot of the Great Rift Valley’s Western escarpment.

Its groundwater forest offers a nice change of scenery from the more savannah dominated parks.

Manyara is famous for a Tree-climbing lions, and you may catch a glimpse of the famous tree-climbing lions. As well as large troops of baboon, flocks of flamingos attracted by the algae in the lake. More than 400 species of birds inhabit the park and many remain throughout the year. Because of this Lake Manyara National Park is a good spot for bird watching.
